SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY
1. Our Return Policy
At Champick Sports, we obsess over quality control. Every paddle and box of balls is inspected before it leaves our facility in Hanoi. We want you to love your gear, but we also “tell it like it is”—sometimes, a product just isn’t the right fit.
30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item. To receive a full refund, items must be:

New and Unused: No ball marks, no sweat stains, no scratches.

Original Packaging: Plastic wrap on paddle handles must be intact. Balls must be in the original box.
The Rules:

Items not in resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Used items or gear damaged by the user are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Process: Allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
2. Warranty Policy
We stand behind our manufacturing. However, Pickleball is a high-impact sport, and gear takes a beating. Here is how we handle it:
Paddles: 6-Month Warranty Our paddles come with a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., loose edge guards, core crushing without external damage, handle breakage).

If deemed defective, we will replace the paddle free of charge (including shipping).

Limit: Up to two (2) replacements per purchased paddle.
Pickleballs (Pro Flight & Pro Titan): Pickleballs are consumables. They are designed to be hit hard and eventually crack.

Warranty covers: Balls that arrive damaged or deformed right out of the box (Manufacturing defects).

Warranty does NOT cover: Cracking or warping after use. Durability depends on play style, court surface, and temperature.
What is NOT Covered:

Normal wear and tear (fading graphics, worn grip tape, scratches from ground impact).

Damage caused by negligence, abuse, or improper usage (e.g., smashing the paddle against the ground).

Theft or loss.

Items won in giveaways or promotional freebies.
Note: Champick Sports reserves the final right to determine if a defect is a manufacturing error or user damage.
3. Shipping Information
Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+7) Monday-Friday are typically processed and shipped the SAME DAY. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Vietnam): We use major carriers (Viettel Post, GHTK, GrabExpress) to ensure fast delivery.

Hanoi: Same-day or next-day delivery available.

Nationwide: Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days.
International Shipping: For international orders, shipping times vary by destination. Please contact us for a quote.
4. Missing or Lost Packages
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Delivered but Missing? Please check with your building security, reception, or neighbors. In Vietnam, carriers often call before delivery—check your call history.

Wrong Address: Champick Sports is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping info.

Liability: We are unable to issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as “Delivered.”
