REFUND POLICY

At Champick Sports, we take pride in our quality control. Being a business built by players for players, we ensure every paddle and box of balls meets our high standards before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit for your playstyle.

Here is our straightforward policy on refunds and returns.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in brand new, resalable condition:

  • Paddles: Must be unused, with the original plastic wrap on the handle intact and no ball marks on the face.

  • Balls: Must be in the original, unopened packaging.

  • Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

Restocking Fee: Items returned that are not in their original condition (e.g., damaged packaging, missing parts) or are dirty/used may be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund amount.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items or Gift Cards.

  • Customized products (e.g., custom team uniforms or paddles).

  • Used consumables (e.g., a box of balls that has been opened and played with, unless there is a manufacturing defect).

4. How to Start a Return

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

  1. Email us at Contact@champicksports.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the Return Address in Hanoi.

  3. Pack it securely: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (Viettel Post, GHTK, or similar).

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Defective items: If the error is ours (wrong item/manufacturing defect), Champick Sports will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and refunded, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (please allow 3-5 business days for inspection), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Bank Transfer/Card) within 7-10 business days.

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@champicksports.com.
